Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing sales and post-sales services to clients using the tire brands and trademarks owned by Compañia Hulera Tornel SA de CV and our client industries. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and analytical abilities to drive revenue growth and build a high-performing sales team.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on driving revenue growth.Build, manage, and mentor a growing sales team, establish performance metrics, conduct regular coaching sessions, and ensure alignment with company goals.Owning the entire sales funnel from lead generation to closing, ensuring an optimized and efficient sales process.Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey.Provide accurate forecasting and regular reporting to the executive team on sales performance, key metrics, and market feedback.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a field directly related to the position.Over 15-20 years' experience in tire sales.Familiarity with the tire sales market in Brazil, especially PCR, TBR farm, and industrial.Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Depth knowledge of tire sales, account management, and channel distribution.
