About the Opportunity

LifeStyles is seeking a visionary OLAC Business Development Manager for Sales, based in Brazil, to manage our distributors in the regions and growing our product portfolio, leading the regions through Sell in and Sell out with the current distributors and further developing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities:
* Own and develop the OLAC region by leading market penetration and becoming the face of the company.
* Manage and have an overview and understanding of each company business at the Distributors in the countries of Argentina, Chile, Columbia, Jamaica, Uruguay, Caribe, Peru, México, Costa Rica, Ecuador and Panamá.
* Develop new distributors in Mexico and develop new markets of Costa Rica, Ecuador and Panama.
* Prospect new markets, track opportunities, present our products and research organizations to identify new leads and potential new markets.
* Cultivate new customer relationships and maintain a strong focus on current customers through effective use of the sales and service organizations to expand the business.
* Grows company portfolio through high activity levels, networking, training and qualification of the distributors' team.
* Manage the full cycle of sales - from prospect to onboarding- and aim to close 5-10 deals in your first 6 months.
* Partner with internal cross-functional team members (supply, marketing, finance, etc.) to situate your accounts for success and drive account growth.
* Monitor “Sell in” and “Sell out”, preparing demand update and performance indicators of each country, preparing tactical and strategic action plans for the medium and long term.
* Development of TOP distributor accounts.
* Achieve regional sales targets.
* Daily management of campaigns and promotions with all distributors, tracking investments in A&P and marketing programs.
* Conduct regular presentations to Directors and Senior Leaders within the business on regional distribution, ensuring maintenance of daily management and presentation of activities.
* Design and implement a process to drive improved integration of distribution management with company, when applicable.
* Be the interface with the Operations functions for order prioritization.
* Implement and drive processes to ensure improved management and understanding lead times with our Distributors.
* Conduct research on market trends and support product launches and networking events.
* Perform regular inventory checks.
* Support our distributor network with business agreement and penetration for our NPD and launches.
* Willing to travel to visit markets when necessary
Position Requirements
* Have 3+ years of Business Development experience in consumer goods, with expertise in developing news countries.
* Bachelor’s degree – Marketing, Business Administration
* Hold an MBA and bring a general manager mindset - ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
* Demonstrated organization skills with a successful record to develop a broad set of relationships, to work collaboratively and to succeed in a dynamic and challenging environment.
* Strong resilience, strong interpersonal skills, networking, communication and presentation skills.
* Analytical skills, planning, prioritizing and realizing (mid to long) term goals and needs.
* Native or Advanced Level language skills in Spanish and English..
* 20 to 30% of international traveling.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and love cross-functional collaboration.
* Are a creative problem solver, able to innovate independently and drive impactful results.

Today LifeStyles is a Global leader in the sexual wellness sector, comprising a broad range of condoms, personal lubricants, and other related products and other products in over 60 countries.
Owning a large portfolio of trademarks, LifeStyles manufactures and commercialises its products either under leading global non-latex condom brands SKYN® under its local heroes such as LifeStyles®, Manix®, Unimil®, and Blowtex® and Control®.
Outside of branded products, the Company also supports universities, NGOs, and other organizations as part of a broader effort to promote sexual health and prevent the spread of STDs and STIs. LifeStyles owns and operates manufacturing facilities in Thailand, India and Spain, and it employs over 1,600 teammates globally.
LifeStyles Healthcare was created on September 1, 2017, when the consortium of Humanwell Healthcare & CITIC Capital private equity purchased the Sexual Wellness division from Ansell.
