What you’ll do:Job SummaryThe account manager is responsible for sales in the mission-critical market in the southern Brazil territory (RS, SC, and PR states) and for main healthcare customers. They should leverage Eaton's mission-critical solutions through demand creation, visits, and presentations, highlighting Eaton's product strengths and qualifications for better customer understanding and easier sales. The scope of products includes UPS, DCIM, batteries, battery monitoring, and connectivity. Knowledge in low voltage and medium voltage is desirable. Additionally, the account manager will provide technical support for projects by offering customized winning quotations. This account manager will be responsible for the healthcare vertical strategy and main accounts in this segment.Job ResponsibilitiesFocus on direct sales for Eaton power quality products for the assigned sector (mission critical);Responsible for sales agent administration on assigned territory;Prospect, contact and visit potential partner/customers and existing partners/customers, exploring new opportunities in the segment to sell Eaton branded power quality products;Responsible for preparing, checking and sending sales proposals based on customers' expectations and market needs;Develop and manage customers by maintaining strong and loyal business partners in the region to enhance long-term business prospects;Maintain strategic relationships and identify key accounts; create and execute key account plans;Administer all phases of the sales process to ensure effective and timely customer service and response.Qualifications:Education level required: Bachelor degree preferably in a related area like Electrical Engineering;Consistent sales experience, prospecting, and client relationship;Intermediate English skills;Great experience in the UPS market;Good product and technical knowledge;Availability to travel 30% of the time (in SP or South States of Brazil).
