Introduction
A leading South African manufacturer and marketer of Traditional Sorghum Beer and alcoholic beverages are looking for a Logistics and Depot Controller to join their successful team.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Oversee intake shift operation.
* Responsible for malt and grain stock movement.
* Control and monitor sorghum grain movement from the farmers to inland Silos to Isithebe Silos.
* Oversee packaging, grain, and malt inventory.
* Monitor malt milling and daily packaging.
* Dispatch monitors brewery malt stock.
* Organize transport for grain and malt.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications
* Grade 12
* Knowledge of the SAP system is a must.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience
* At least 2 – 3 years of work experience in a FMCG environment
* Working knowledge of manufacturing and commercial systems
