**What you´ll do**:
- Coaches on HPS activities and approaches in all pillars including on-the-floor activities
- Acts as assessor of integrated activity implementation, calibrates standards with the leadership team
- Participates in all phase assessments to provide a calibrated and objective viewpoint
- Establishes an integrated, seamless working relationship with plant manager and HPS manager, and the rest of the organization
- Develops leadership team and especially HPS managers; leads the network of HPS leaders within the region
- Diagnoses activities and identifies technical know-how and organizational behaviors that are barriers to implementation
- Tracks the progress cluster sites master plan and gives appropriate advice, detects possible obstacles and escalates if needed
- Works closely with HPS team to develop and implement standards to the community
- Supports dev-t of methodologies, systems, tools that support the increase of OEE, reduction of maintenance costs, improvement of SHEQ KPIs
- Leads workshops involving all plant actors to increase the level of skills and autonomy of the production teams
- Seeks permanently state of the art solutions from external world which could make a difference for Henkel Audits site implementation of HPS to ensure the highest standard of effectiveness
**What makes you a good fit**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field), Business Administration, or Operations Management.
Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing operations or supply chain, with at least 5 years in a senior Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence role.
- Technical Knowledge: Demonstrable expertise in Lean Manufacturing methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and A3 problem-solving.
Excellent leadership, team building, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and facilitate continuous improvement workshops/events.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt required; Master Black Belt preferred).
Project Management Professional (PMP) knowledge.
- Skilled Facilitator: Excellent presentation, communication, and group facilitation skills, with the ability to engage learners and adapt training styles to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple training initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Technology Aptitude: Proficiency in learning management systems, e-learning authoring tools, and Microsoft Office.
