**Head of WhatsApp and Messaging Policy, Brazil Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring the Brazilian political landscape and assessing risks and opportunities, including stakeholders mapping
- Design and execute policy strategies, engaging with key stakeholders
- Help to build adequate policy narratives and deliver them to stakeholders
- Build and develop rapport with key stakeholders
- Coordinate WhatsApp and Messaging Policy agenda with internal XFNs
- Advice on strategic product and monetization decisions
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of work experience, including experience managing high-profile policy campaigns and strategic outreach with diverse stakeholders within policy advocacy or in a government position
- Experience in internet technologies, security, privacy, content moderation, and the surrounding policy environments
- Experience executing cross-functional campaigns
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, native in Portuguese, proficiency in English
- Ability to work as part of a team and exercise good judgment and a sense of humor in a rapidly changing environment
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Advanced degree in related areas
- Experience working in Government and/or Civil Society organizations
- Experience in tech product counseling
- Capacity to communicate in Spanish
