**Descrição**:
We are looking for a senior professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 services.You will support users in an O365 hybrid implementation by testing and troubleshooting issues with O365 cloud technologies, such as OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint and Exchange Online.You will also act as vendor technical support for Priority 1 incidents and requests.We are looking for someone with a customer-oriented attitude, a quick learner who can think outside of the box.You and the team will share the vision and passion "to create & develop Digital Workplaces with true Business value & adoption" by offering end-users integrated platforms where they find, get pushed and can act upon all the right information, data and documents, at the right time and in the right business context.Ideally you should be used to working in a fast-paced environment with a career track record of engineering, deploying, and maintaining business critical systems.
**Specific assignments**:
- Design and implement Microsoft 365 services, Security & Compliance, Users and Licensing
- Expertise on all migration scenarios, (IMAP, Cutover, Staged, Hybrid deployment, with and without third-party tools, and Tenant-to-Tenant Migration)
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve connection, reliability, or performance issues
- Implement Governance plans based on business requirements.
Overall information strategy aligned with Information Officer and Security requirements.
- Contact vendor technical support for Priority 1 incidents and requests
- Develop (PowerShell, Workflow, Graph API) scripts to automate repetitive administration tasks
- Participate in an after-hours on-call support rotation and implement solutions (upgrades, new releases, etc.
), patching and deployment activities after hours as needed
- Validate system upgrades and patches when required
- Partner with other infrastructure team members to learn, develop and enhance the skills needed to support software-based infrastructure
- Experience in migration tools is an added advantage (Quest, ShareGate, BitTitan & etc...)
- Strong abilities with PowerShell Scripting, Graph API and EWS knowledge
- Hybrid management for SharePoint, Exchange, and Modern Identity knowledge (Oauth v.2.0)
- Ensure that IT services are delivered effectively to business customers
- This includes the execution of SOPs, management of IT Incidents/Problems and IT Changes as per well-defined ITIL processes, as implemented in the ITSM system (ServiceNow)
- Deliver quality documentation allowing for smooth day-to-day operations
- Perform system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all involved infrastructure resources
- Ensure that performance, scalability, and security is maintained and optimized
- Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery wherever possible
- Participate in disaster recovery plan and practice of recovery operations
- Consult with senior peers to learn through experience
- Partner with key vendors to maintain an understanding of new technology and leading practices
- Cooperate closely with other Zone / Regional / Group IT Infrastructure resources in Eurofins
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT, or comparable field
**Certifications**:
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert certification is a plus
- Agile or ITIL Foundation certifications are a plus
**Work Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, migrating, and delivering Microsoft cloud solutions on Azure and Office 365 platforms
**Technical skills**:
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft 365 Services (Exchange online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Endpoint Manager)
- Strong PowerShell Scripting abilities, Graph API and EWS knowledge for automation of processes
- Experience implementing and maintaining Microsoft 365 solutions (capacity planning, installing, configuring, administering, and migrating)
- Knowledge of mobile device management solutions (preferably InTune)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure fundamentals
- Experience in the development of technical and user documentation
- Experience with t
