Internal Project Management (IPM)focuses on monitoring and ensuring thatinternal customer projectsare executed within the agreedscope, budget, schedule, and quality standards. The role includesimplementing process improvementsto optimize development timelines and assisting in the integration ofcomplex business factorsto support and implementlong-term strategic planning objectives .QualificationsSoftware project management experience: Coordination of multidisciplinary teams, global stakeholder management, schedule management, risks, and deliverables.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development project management and process automation.
Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics, import and export of Nokia products.
Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP P20 as Key User, including modules Quantity Contract, Sales Order, Service Order, Delivery and Invoice.
Mastery of agile methodologies, Agile and Scrum, with experience in software development project management.
Experience with project management and support tools, such as JIRA for backlog management and OSTicket for IT Helpdesk.
Ability to structure and document processes, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and SOX audits.
Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
Certifications (desired): PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL.ResponsibilitiesLeads key projects and automation initiatives that positively impact business operations, includingstreamlining processes, improving RPA efficiency, and integrating automation solutionsinto global and regional operations.
Manages project execution performance with respect tofinancial and operational KPIs, includingcost, timelines, revenue, and project assets .

Translatesbusiness processes and requirements into user storiesfor developers, ensuring clear understanding and execution.
Writes and managesrequirements in JIRA, ensuring traceability and alignment with project scope.
ExecutesScrum ceremonieswith the development team, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Defines theDefinition of Done (DoD)and ensures propertesting and acceptanceof activities before deployment.
Conducts thoroughrisk management, identifying and mitigating potential impacts on automation and digital transformation projects.
