We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for our Mobile business, driving strategic partnerships with key insurance clients.
This role oversees sales plans, manages relationships with Digital and B2B areas, and spearheads new product launches and cross-selling initiatives across channels. The CRM will also supervise the Centre of Excellence team and monitor trade-in agreements with Motorola and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Claro and Movistar accounts to drive revenue growth
* Oversight of sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
* Maintenance of strong relationships with Digital and B2B areas to foster collaboration and growth
* Spearheading new product launches and cross-selling initiatives across channels
