Our IT Support team provides both remote and onsite support to our global organization.ResponsibilitiesUser account administration for network, e-mail, and other applicationsProvide support to global end users on company provided equipment and software applications including computer hardware, peripherals, mobile phones, computer operating systems, and office applicationsResearch and resolve technical problems of equipment and software applicationsRespond to tickets, telephone calls, e-mails, and requests for technical supportDocument, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutionsWork with testing new technology and applicationsQualificationsAssociate degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or something closely related1 year of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support type roleExperience with PC Equipment, Office 365, Adobe, and other cloud-based applications a plusFluency in spoken and written EnglishWe kindly ask to submit applications in English.
