Minimum Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) on Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Electronic and Communication), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical).
* Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
Responsibilities
Job Summary
Reporting to the Team Leader, the QA Engineer we seek shall handle New Product Development, Investigate In-Process and Customer Claim, Support Process Requirements and Customer Requirements.
* Investigate and prepare customer claim, field claim and in-process problem report.
* Issue Abnormality Treatment Report on customer claim and route it to the related section for information.
* Record the customer claim on the Customer Claim Database and daily monitor the claim board, reporting to the Management.
* Coordinate meetings with the in-charge section for claim investigation.
* Prepare Parts Investigation Report and support requests.
* Actual verification of claims and process situation on the customer side.
Qualifications
* Graduate of Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
* Above average communication, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
