**Marketing Manager (JoomPro Analytics)**:
JoomPro is a platform for cross-border wholesale trade.
We aspire to create a new level of service in the wholesale purchasing market.
We want to give everyone from anywhere in the world an opportunity to order goods from factories in China (and Vietnam, Bangladesh, Turkey in future) quickly, easily, and safely.
JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, international group of e-commerce companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia.
Joom also includes other businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany.
Joom's offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Brazil and Portugal.
We are now looking for a Marketing Manager for our new Business Unit — JoomPro Analytics.
JoomPro Analytics is an analytical service for businesses aiming to optimize their presence and sales on online marketplaces.
We start in Brazil, but expect to expand to other markets.
Our solution empowers sellers to make data-driven decisions and achieve maximum success in e-commerce.
Most importantly JoomPro Analytics should provide an answer to "What should I buy to make money on local marketplaces?" question and it will help merchants to optimize their daily work on marketplaces.
JoomPro Analytics is mainly focused on small and medium businesses that are already working in e-commerce or on those who just started their business.
We are currently searching for creative B2B Marketing Manager, who will be promoting our product among our perspective clients in the country — small business and entrepreneurs who are into clothing, homewares and electronic equipment sales.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns across various channels, both online and offline
- Generate new leads by testing hypotheses and exploring new channels and approaches
- Manage the creation of marketing materials and initiatives across different channels
- Support the commercial team in organising and promoting conferences and trade shows
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to achieve set goals
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of B2B e-commerce market in Brazil
- Proven experience developing successful marketing plans and campaigns across different channels
- Experience RD Station, Hubspot or similar marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving approach
- Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
**Preferred**
- Experience with SEO
- Willingness to participate in conferences and events
