It includes implementing and continuously improving ITIL processes using methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, Kanban, and Agile. The position requires expertise in data analysis using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to generate reports and visualize key performance metrics. Responsibilities also encompass managing the full lifecycle of incidents, conducting root cause analysis for problem management, planning and executing software releases, maintaining an accurate configuration database, and defining and monitoring service levels with customers.Key Responsibilities:IT Service Management: Lead and optimize IT service management processes ensuring the availability, stability, and quality of services.Continuous Improvement: Implement and continuously improve ITIL processes using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, Kanban, and Agile to identify and eliminate the root causes of problems.Data Analysis: Use Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau to analyze large volumes of data, generate customized reports, and visualize key performance metrics.Incident Management: Manage the full lifecycle of incidents from receipt to resolution with special emphasis on the rapid and effective resolution of critical incidents. This may include following up on critical incidents outside of office hours.Problem Management: Identify, analyze, and resolve root problems implementing an effective root cause analysis (RCA) process.Release Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute software releases ensuring a smooth transition to production.
