We are looking for a highly motivated and well-connected Key Account Manager to lead and manage relationships with key clients in the home care medical equipment sector.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and account management, coupled with strong connections to pharmacy chains, distributors, and relevant industry associations (e.g., ABIMO, ABIMED, ABRAFARMA, ABRADILAN, FEBRAFAR, etc.).
This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our market share for products such as blood pressure monitors, oximeters, glucose meters, nebulizers, and other home care medical devices.
The main challenges will be: Manage and grow relationships with pharmacy chains, distributors, and strategic partners to maximize sales opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the home care medical equipmentsector.
Leverage existing connections within industry associations and key players to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with distributors and pharmacy chains to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to management.
For this challenge you'll need to have: Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development within the healthcare or medical equipment industry.Strong network of contacts within pharmacy chains, distributors, and industry associations in Brazil.
In-depth knowledge of the home care medical equipment market, including products like blood pressure monitors, oximeters, glucose meters, and nebulizers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
