About the Role We are seeking a Head of Marketing to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that positions Allshore Talent as a leader in global staffing and remote workforce solutions.
This role is perfect for a results-driven marketing professional with experience in B2B marketing, talent acquisition branding, and demand generation.
You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and refine Allshore Talent's brand positioning in the global staffing and remote work industry.
Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (SEO, LinkedIn, paid media, email marketing, content, and events) to attract new clients and partners.
Content & Thought Leadership: Create compelling content that showcases our expertise in remote staffing, offshore team integration, and project success.
Digital & Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting) to drive inbound traffic and conversions.
Partnership & Community Engagement: Build strategic partnerships with industry influencers, recruitment networks, and tech communities to enhance visibility.
Market Research & Insights: Analyze industry trends, competitor positioning, and client needs to refine marketing strategies and drive innovation.
Marketing Operations & Budgeting: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI across all initiatives.
Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales teams to develop collateral, case studies, and tailored messaging to accelerate deal closure.
What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B tech, staffing, or HRTech industries.
Proven track record in lead generation, demand marketing, and digital campaigns with measurable success.
Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, PPC, and LinkedIn marketing.
Experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms Ability to develop compelling storytelling that resonates with business decision-makers.
Exceptional project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Experience in the global staffing, remote work, or IT outsourcing industry is a plus.
