We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant F&B Manager to join our team.This role will play a pivotal part in the daily operations of our cowork café, while also supporting the organization and execution of corporate events and concerts.Responsibilities include ensuring smooth service delivery, effective supplier coordination, and efficient stock management.Key Responsibilities:Daily Operations Management: Supervise and support the day-to-day activities of the cowork café, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.Event Support: Collaborate with the team to manage F&B logistics for corporate events and concerts, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.Team Coordination: Assist in training, scheduling, and managing the café and event staff to maintain a high standard of professionalism and productivity.Supplier Relations: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and materials, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships effectively.Stock Management: Oversee inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and manage procurement to prevent shortages or excesses.Quality Assurance: Maintain hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.Customer Engagement: Foster a welcoming environment by engaging with customers, addressing feedback, and promoting the café's offerings.Qualifications:Proven experience in F&B operations, preferably in a café, event, or coworking space setting.Experience coordinating F&B aspects of corporate events or concerts is a strong advantage.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in inventory and stock management.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.What We Offer:A supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth within the Outsite network.Competitive salary and benefits package.The chance to be part of a unique and inspiring community.Involvement in hosting exciting events and concerts.Job Conditions:Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.Flexibility: Availability to work during nighttime hours and weekends, as needed.Start Date: January/February 2025.Benefits: Includes holiday and Christmas allowances.Annual Leave: 22 days of paid vacation;Salary: determined based on experience.Join us at Outsite Mouco to create a vibrant and memorable experience for our guests while actively shaping the future of our coworking café and events.
