The Position: This position will work with tax routines focused on profit and market information, performing calculation of costs and taxes, gathering information to attend audits, inspections and management decision making, balance sheet preparation, issuance of management reports and management of indicators of the area, reporting directly to the Accounting &Tax Manager. Main activities and Responsibilities: Responsible for review the tax calculation (ICMS, ICMS-ST, PIS/COFINS, ISS, IPI,and others) Provide Tax support and guidance to other departments, vendors and suppliers. Create Tax report and create/review standard procedures in the department. Interact directly with tax advisors or external auditors. Responsible for other analyzes related to the taxes required by the company. Conduct tax planning activities and research, including estimated tax forecasts and other projects involving a high degree of complexity. Carry out the mapping and critical analysis of monthly variations in tax assessments, in order to avoid the accumulation of credits. Monitor changes in tax legislation and apply them according to the company's operations. Manage the tax burden in the company's process, aiming to optimize the use of tax credits and minimize the tax burden. Advise the company on how to reduce tax obligations. Prepare reports, develop indicators and existing benefits/incentives to report to impacted areas, in order to support the company in strategic decisions. Issue Invoices for entry and exit of fixed assets of the company for repair or other purpose, as requested by the areas. Function Specific Knowledge: Knowledge in Indirect Taxes (Consumer Goods/imported products) Experience with systems implementation/migration. Solid experience in tax planning, in ICMS/IPI/ISS/PIS/COFINS. Experience with tax incentive management and government relations Monitoring and analysis of tax legislation English - Advanced or above Able to use Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, power Point and Outlook) ERP – knowledge in TOTVS is mandatory. Education and Minimum Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics and similar.
