Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience working with marketing, sales or similar role.
- Experience with business-to-business (B2B) marketing in the technology industry.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of Google's ad products and technology industry.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving context.
- Ability to think through complex issues and solve less than straightforward scenarios with creativity and analytical thinking.
- Ability to manage stakeholders of all types, including senior management, external agency partners, and peers.
- Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated talent at building collaborative partnerships internally and externally and comfortable with presenting to senior audiences.

The Performance Ads Marketing Manager shapes Google's point of view on the changing advertising landscape and supports Google Ads' growth through effective and results-focused marketing programs. You will drive marketing strategy, planning and campaign execution to support the sales teams in driving advertising business from large advertisers and agencies. This will involve finding innovative ways to engage decision makers, educate the users on our products, promote Google's business solutions and equip our sales teams with the information and tools they need to sell more effectively.
You will arm the Google salesforce with marketing programs that establish fresh thinking in the industry and deepen engagement with clients. This is a cross-functional role, involving close work with Public Relation, Sales and Product, and collaborating with other marketing teams across Google’s regional and global offices to achieve business goals. You will lead the creation of thought leadership content, sales materials, messaging and case studies that position the strengths of Google Ads solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the Performance Marketing strategic planning and execution for Brazil, enabling Marketing and Sales to engage with clients and articulate the value proposition of Google Ads.
- Identify and build innovative marketing strategies and plans to support large advertisers and agencies education, engagement, and Google Ads solutions adoption, showcasing their impact in driving business results.
- Manage end-to-end projects, including stakeholder management, project timeline, and brand compliance with collaboration internally across teams and externally with agencies.
- Develop compelling communications and creative assets that shift advertiser perceptions and behaviors. Identify areas for experimentation to drive large advertiser and agency education, engagement, and solutions adoption.
- Lead content and messaging for business-to-business (B2B) performance programs/events (i.e., Commerce Connections, Black Friday, Think Events). Manage planning and execution of the programs/events as well as set and manage marketing budgets.
