We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Account Executive to join our team! In this hybrid role, you’ll take on a Hunter-focused approach - actively identifying new business opportunities, securing new clients, and driving revenue growth to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
What you will do:
* Identify and engage potential clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
* Present and showcase our services and software solutions, emphasizing their value and capabilities.
* Develop tailored sales strategies to address client needs effectively.
* Work closely with the technical team to ensure a deep understanding of our offerings.
* Achieve and surpass sales targets while contributing to the company’s continued expansion.
What we expect from you:
* 4+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the software industry.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Advanced English proficiency - comfortable leading meetings and negotiations.
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
* Experience driving both new sales (hunting) and expansion sales (upselling) to grow revenue within a designated territory.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
