Community Sports Partners is one of the largest and fastest growing private youth sports operators in the GTA. Growing over 100% year-on-year, we are currently carrying out acquisitions that offer lots of personal room for growth and promotion. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution and optimization of our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital strategy, performance marketing, and analytics, with a focus on paid media. This role requires a data-driven mindset and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and business growth.

Compensation: $2500-3000USD p/m
Responsibilities
1. Assist in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, including search, display, and remarketing campaigns to improve ROAS.
2. Support the development and execution of SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content improvements.
3. Analyze and optimize landing pages using A/B testing, heatmap analysis, and user behavior tracking to improve conversion rates.
4. Assist in tracking and measuring digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
5. Help maintain and improve tracking systems for all digital marketing initiatives to ensure accurate reporting and attribution of KPIs.
6. Support UI/UX improvement efforts by analyzing user behavior data and providing recommendations for website and campaign enhancements.
7. Monitor and optimize campaign structures, including keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing.
8. Perform regular audits of paid campaigns, landing pages, and overall website performance.
9. Generate performance reports and provide insights to stakeholders for ongoing marketing strategy refinement.
Skills
Paid Advertising Platforms:
* Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.
* Familiarity with automated bidding strategies and ad performance tracking.
Analytics & Tracking:
* Google Analytics 4 proficiency and experience with reporting tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
* Basic implementation and troubleshooting of Google Tag Manager.
* Familiarity with heat mapping tools such as Hotjar or Crazy Egg.
* Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution modeling.
Background
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and performance marketing.
