Working in the Compensation CoE this role will be providing support for our Strategic Hiring processes as well as supporting our Sales Compensation programs. The role reports to a Compensation Lead, working closely with multiple colleagues across the Compensation team as well as managing strategic hiring activities with multiple stakeholders.
The Role
* Support Compensation Leads and Advisors on Sales Compensation plan activities:
* Review and maintain sales plan inventory
* Manage the sales compensation plan review process
* Point of Contact for all Sales compensation related activities
* Advise and support sales plan design
* Create tools to support sales plan design process
* Partner with Finance and Legal contact(s) to support the design and plan documentation processes
* Maintain global inventory of all business and individual incentive plans (i.e. sales, production, contests, other)
* Support build out, education and adherence to consistent sales compensation framework
* Manage HRC colleague alignment to plan names
* Collaboration with the global compensation team during the annual cycle compensation review, assisting with Sales Compensation aspects of the process (Producer/EBIT/Sales compensation components)
* Provide quality assurance / peer review of analysis
* Support annual Risk Assessment activities
* Understand and adherence to regulatory committees that provide oversight of Sales Plan activities
* Support the Strategic Hiring process:
* Working with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure offers are appropriate and aligned with our existing programs
* Review approval documentation ensuring that all touch points have been adhered to
* Partner with Finance to align on financial business cases
* Manage tracking for strategic hiring
* Review global offer letters for strategic hiring to ensure accuracy
The Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* 5 to 7 years’ related experience (preferably in the financial services/insurance industry).
* Sales Compensation Design experience (preferably global)
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
* Intermediate proficiency with other Microsoft Office modules, including Word and PowerPoint
* Detailed-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage own workload, priorities, and deadlines
* Pro-active and dynamic work style, geared towards working in a rapidly changing and evolving environment
* Knowledge and proficiency in Oracle HCM preferred
