Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing talent acquisition strategy that is aligned with the organization's goals and ensuring the recruitment process efficiency.
They work closely with hiring managers and POP BPs to understand the company's current and future hiring needs, identify potential sources of talent, and developing strategies and programs to attract qualified candidates. Additional responsibilities include mentorship.
Responsibilities:
1. Tools and processes: Utilize tools and processes in recruitment with full independence. Stay up-to-date with recruitment technologies and leverage them to enhance the user experience.
2. Proactively suggest and propose improvements to current tools, processes and practices. Support team members and share knowledge cross-vertical. Understand POP processes outside of Talent Acquisition domain.
3. Recruitment process: Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process (including Job Requirement Analysis, Candidate Sourcing and Screening, Interview Process, Offer Management, Background Check) on positions with high impact and complexity. Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
4. Take over impactful positions and work on new talent markets from scratch.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with a large diversity of hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and ensure effective collaboration throughout the hiring process.
6. Onboard new hiring managers and implement improvements. Cover multiple Divisions, Departments and Verticals.
7. Act as a trusted advisor and promote talent acquisition topics.
8. Talent Acquisition Program/ Project Management: Develop comprehensive plan for talent acquisition program or project. Lead execution in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
9. Employer Branding: Understand and promote the organization's employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.
10. Collaborate with internal or external partners to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
11. Compliance and Legal Requirements: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the end-to-end selection process, TA programs or projects.
12. Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and adjust processes accordingly.
13. Industry Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in talent acquisition strategies. Propose a date on changes in

Requirements:
17. Experience handling full recruitment cycle.
18. Proficient in English B or above level is required
19. Spanish proficiency is a plus
