**We will count on you to**:
- Develop fact-based Business Cases in support of Change, manage governance and approval processes, own and deliver project outcomes
- Be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects, including the establishment of project plans, milestones, and deliverables in consultation with business stakeholders and external partners, e.g. carriers
- Allocate the duties of the project teams to ensure that all tasks and deliverables are proceeding according to schedule.
- Review regular progress reports from the team and thereafter submit to leadership.
- Establish and manage appropriate governance structures involving all key stakeholders
- Facilitate and lead decision-making processes required to move projects along to completion, and make steady and agreed upon progress on assigned programs/projects.
- Develop, enhance, and monitor project management methodologies, ensuring that a streamlined process exists, and provides evidence that all projects are implemented and successfully delivered to meet standards and requirements.
- Identify and escalate issues in a timely manner, while ensuring remediation action plans are implemented
- Build relationships with business, operations, IT and vendor technical staff and management to determine and resolve issues associated with project implementation, manage and mitigate risk, and ensure that a change control process is in place.
- Focus on project delivery not only from a technical implementation perspective but also ensuring user/client adoption and end to end benefit realization
- Ensuring change readiness by formulating and owning change management, communication and training strategies to accompany project delivery
- Identify, implement, and ensure that consistent standards of delivery excellence are disseminated, leveraged, and continuously improved across the organization.
- Ensure changes are compliant with all regulatory and legislative requirements, Marsh governance, compliance and info security standards, and that appropriate controls are in place
**What you need to have**:
- Extensive project management experience from a business perspective
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Domain knowledge in financial services, insurance is highly preferred
- Change management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication - Spanish & English
- Experience with Technology as well as non-technology projects
- Projects that are multi-year and global in nature
- Strong leadership, collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills
- 5 to 10 years PM experience
- Property & Casualty Experience preferred; or Financial Services or Consulting
