Job Overview:
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for planning studies, technical analyses, process evaluation, monthly reports, and daily management of services with a critical and analytical vision. Leadership, strategic thinking, and advanced problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Job Responsibilities:
* BPO management - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the GA Facilities BPO (Maintenance, System Automation, Printer, Cleaning, Restaurant, Vending Machine, Reception, and Badge Access Management). Track action plans, contact critical internal customers, prepare management reports, and benchmark.
* Construction management – Use project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, construction, and closeout of a construction/relay out. Prepare monthly management reports with project scope, schedule, and costs.
* Administrative - Contract management (interaction with Procurement and Legal Teams), good experience with payment processes: data control, invoices conference and control, expenses apportionment, entry into company systems, etc. Monthly management report.
* Academic background - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (architecture, engineering, etc.). A background in data analysis, real estate, or engineering is advantageous. Relevant coursework may include facility planning, operations management, and business analytics.
* Professional Experience: At least 7 years of experience in the Facilities area, with experience in process evaluation and redesign, service management in general.
* Specific knowledge/skills - Knowledge of all the services that Facilities manages, intermediate or advanced Excel and PowerPoint (or similar systems) for database control, analysis, and presentation/reports.
* Languages - Advanced English to communicate effectively: listening, speaking, and writing.
* Personal Profile - Organized person, analytical, who knows how to evaluate processes, structure procedures, control activities, critical thinking, and problem-solving. A person with a good attitude: energetic and eager to work, who enjoys innovations and new ideas, available, proactive, with good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
