GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under close guidance performs following tasks:
Maintenance planning, stock control;Creation and update Excel spreadsheets for different trackings (equipment reviews, tires, maintenance costs);Use and update of area systems;Enter maintenance orders and purchase orders into the ERP system;Interact with other teams, including the operations area;Relationship with suppliers to obtain quotations and purchase inputs/parts used in the workshop and equipment;May be required to perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements:
Minimum education:
High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum Experience: Two (2) years experience in office routine or in administrative area;Experience with an ERP system (Maximo, Oracle, RM, SAP, TOTVS, etc.
). Minimum Required Skills: Microsoft Office Package - Advanced Excel;Accuracy & Attention to Detail;Analytical Skills;Written & Verbal Communication Skills;Interpersonal Skills;Numerical Skills.
