About the Role
This role involves planning, scheduling, and auditing maintenance activities as a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner. You will be responsible for asset and spares management, preventative maintenance planning, and machine history data.
You will be the site lead for the CMMS software, extracting information to support the site engineering manager. Key responsibilities include:
* Being the site-level SME on the CMMS software, training the local engineering team, and escalating issues as needed.
* E nsuring the system runs according to IntlRME standards and participating in coordinated projects and improvement programs.
* Ensuring site-level equipment, spare parts, and minimum holding levels are recorded correctly in the system.
* Accurately forecasting and assigning preventative maintenance to technicians within the team.
* Compiling equipment information, performance metrics, and machine histories to make recommendations for improvements.
* Managing spare parts stock levels, placing orders, and tracking them as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, operations, business administration, or a related field.
* Experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing maintenance activities.
* Experience with CMMS software and Microsoft Excel.
* Fluent Portuguese and English language skills.
* Experience managing stores or spare parts inventories.
* Experience rolling out a new CMMS system and delivering training or coaching others.
* Familiarity with Amazon processes.
