**As a Community Manager you will**:
- Monitor and interact/respond with users on the main social channels and profiles, keeping information up to date to collect inputs for monthly reports;
- Organize SAC and community reports;
- Support the monitoring of the main competitors, as well as the marketing and communications team in planning, creating, and executing "community management" strategies for Kokku's current and future projects;
- Foster, grow and manage the reach of external channels, with the goal of cultivating and maintaining relationships, with audience channels and communities, to strengthen the audience-brand relationship;
- Support in the design and development of presentations, video scripts and publications for Kokku's external and internal channels;
- Assist in developing and expanding the reach of communities and the development of timely actions on internal and external channels;
- Image and video editing;
- Scheduling and publishing content, assisting with content calendar assembly, and tracking.
**We expect you to have**:
- Education completed or in progress in Marketing, Advertising, Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or related areas;
- Basic knowledge of the Adobe Package (Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere);
- Intermediate or advanced English;
- Be an active user of social networks (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitch, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook and the like);
- Good communication and writing skills and ability to interact with the public;
- Ability to integrate easily.
