**What You Will Do**:
- Review management system manuals and associated documentation for compliance with requirements and applicable codes and/or standards.
- Plan, schedule and conduct initial, surveillance and re-certification audits.
- Prepare and maintain audit logs and all other required documentation.
- Prepare and issue reports and recommendations for certification.
- Lead introductory and closing meetings at client's facilities.
- Maintain audit independence without involvement in business development activities.
- Additional program-specific roles and responsibilities defined in each program procedure.
**What You Will Need**:
**Education and Experience**:
- Professional education or training equivalent to university level and a minimum of three (3) years of experience related to Management Systems.
- Completed and approved on Lead Auditor Course according to ISO9001 or ISO45001 or ISO1400.1
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- The ability to identify, analyze and propose solutions to problems.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to obtain a working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management Systems.
**It Would Be Nice If You Had**:
- Former experience in audits made to a Certification Body.
**Reporting Relationships**:
The incumbent will report to the Technical Manager.
This position does not have any direct reports.
