Bachelors degree;
- Employee and performance management experience;
- Ability to use data and anecdotes to solve root cause;
- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement;
- Fluent Portuguese and advanced proficiency in verbal and written English;
- Own the overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience for yard management activities in the region;
- Manage a group of TOM Ops Lead within regional cluster.
Drive a performance culture, instill ownership and create a high-performing team;
- Lead projects and initiatives to drive improvements on cost and speed;
- Be the main point of contact of transportation inside FC, being the chairmain to negotiate new projects entrance and act as problem solver to solve issues that affect BR sites;
- Establish and own performance metrics and communicate them to leadership;
- Ensure the standardization of process across shifts and Sites within BR Network;
- Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques;
- Experience working in another logistics environment;
- Experience in Microsoft Excel in advanced knowledge;
- Experience in SQL;
