We are looking for an implementation specialist with good technical knowledge, preferably in the Electronic Payments industry to oversee the implementation of electronic payments processing business activities for customers. Responsibilities include project management, customer needs assessment, system impact analysis, customer testing, advising customers' processing support staff, ensuring implementation quality and reliability, and compliance with product rules and specifications. At least 1-3 years of experience in project management and technical implementation knowledge preferable (not obligatory) in the electronic payments industry, with a focus on customer processing implementation projects Relevant experience in “Information Technology” system knowledge, with strong understanding of network technology, applications, and project management. Strong payment transaction processing and industry business principles knowledge. Strong understanding of electronic payment processing systems, formats and associated customer host interface testing services and principles. Ability to interact well with the customer, Sr. and Executive management. Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to leverage these skills in a teaching environment. Strong project management skills. Ability to drive change in a technical work environment. Ability to lead matrix organizations and cross functional teams. Self-Starter with ability to work independently. API Knowledge for Java and open languages Relevant experience on Computing Network services Development systems methodologies knowledge Bilingual in English and Spanish languages.
