Responsibilities and Duties
* Produce and capture audiovisual content for internal and external marketing actions (such as health plan operator events);
* Film and photograph for stories and posts on the hospital's and lab's social media pages (layouts, edits, and publications will be handled by the manager);
* Produce and capture audiovisual content for internal events (in conjunction with HR, Quality, and SESMT departments);
* Manage suppliers for audiovisual productions (actors, assistants, etc.) for inbound marketing campaigns or paid traffic (to provide photos and videos for online ad campaigns created by the department);
* Manage suppliers for activation productions (producing visual communication materials for activations, such as promotional counters, banners, etc.);
* Establish contact with the press and hospital doctors and professionals for news articles;
* Assist with operational tasks delegated by marketing managers;
* Support audiovisual productions for storytelling campaign demands;
* Contribute to the planning of actions and activations throughout the quarters (or shorter periods depending on budget definitions for internal and external events);
* Contribute to press advisory and integrated communication strategies;
* Prepare reports on the delivery of actions, activations, and events;
* Request quotes from suppliers for activations, events, and marketing actions.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Preferred Bachelor's Degree completed or in progress in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields;
* Technical knowledge: Campaign development, excellent writing skills, indicators, and event support;
* Courses: Corel Draw, Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop, Photography.
Additional Information
Salary: R$ 2,111.00 + R$ 303.60 (Insalubrity)
Working hours: 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Monday to Thursday); 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Friday)
