* ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER V – 1 SLOT
Salary Grade: 18 (Php 46,725.00)
Status of Employment: Contract of Service
Location/Office: Visayas Disaster Resource Center (VDRC)
Program/Division/Unit: Administrative Division
Reports to: CAO, SAO
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in Accountancy, Business Management, Economic, Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management or other related fields
Experience: At least two (2) years of relevant experience including 1 year of management related to warehouse, logistics, production, donation facilitation/processing/monitoring, financial and quality control standard setting and volunteers’ assistance.
Training: At least eight (8) hours of relevant training including 4 hours of supervisory training
Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, organization, leadership and supervisory skills; above average knowledge on use of MS Office; above average knowledge in planning, organizing, accounting; above average knowledge on humanitarian supply chain management; able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure; great attention to details; willing to work long hours, even on weekends and holidays especially during disaster response operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Provides technical support to the Head of VDRC on the management of warehouses, logistics, production, donation facilitation/processing/monitoring, financial and quality control standard setting, and volunteers' assistance;
* Provides technical assistance to Field Offices, if necessary, on processes and techniques in effective and efficient management of warehouses, logistics, production, donation facilitation/processing/monitoring, financial and quality control standard setting, and volunteers' assistance;
* Supervises the technical and administrative support staff of his/her section;
* Reviews office and operations requirements on VDRC through comparative analyses of actual results with plans and forecasts;
* Reviews/checks communication/documents such as reports, proposals, concept papers, etc. related to his/her section;
* Supervises/reviews the development/enhancement of standard policies/guidelines/system/procedures and internal control mechanisms relating to general operations in VDRC and his/her own section;
* Monitors establishment/institutionalization of several partnerships with NGAs/NGOs/private institutions for volunteers' assistance and other resource augmentation support during disaster relief operations;
* Submits reports, regular or special, as required by VDRC/DSWD management oversight agencies;
* Performs other related tasks.
