**Activities & Responsibilities**
- Estimating values and contracting external resources
- Negotiating training proposals
- Ensure high quality delivery so that customers get the maximum value from their investments.
- Process training purchase orders and track training revenue delivered
- Create LSDA for Transactional Business
- Manage Opportunity Status for Transactional Business
- Prepare Billing & Revenue Recognition
- Final Review of Project Financials before Closure
- Mark OPP Status to “Closed” to Financially Close Project after All Financials Finalized
- Review and approve External Invoice

- Sales support knowledge and value.
- Understand Siemens Digital Industry Portfolio and training methodologies
- Good interpersonal relationship, organization, and verbal communication skills
- Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
- Works on assignments, semi-routine in nature
- Transactional processing of LSDA and/or proposal activities in adherence with prescribed policy and processes.
- Process improvement engagement as an active participant.
**Education and Experience Requirement**:
- University degree level standard or relevant extended industrial relevant experience.
- Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an Opportunity to Delivery role.
- Experience achieved in a Multi-National company environment.
- Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires supervisory instructions.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for communication with international teams
