Main Responsibilities:
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and Alcon
- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs and align Alcon's solutions with their objectives and drive a long-term partnership.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Ensuring the timely delivery of products and services to clients
- Acting as a channel of communication between clients and Alcon
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with key clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Continuously analyze account performance and market trends to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on key account metrics, achievements, and challenges to internal stakeholders.
- Working with sales team, communication, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments to ensure the highest quality of service are being delivered and all client needs met.
- Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
- Expanding relationships to new clients acquired by key accounts.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in key account management or a similar client-facing role.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts as well as ability to develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Experience in negotiating terms, contracts, and pricing with clients.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and key trends influencing client needs.
- Fluent in English
