About the role
The marketing manager will directly develop, manage and guarantee execution of marketing strategies and marketing actions with a broad remit from marketing mix execution.
Key responsibilities
1. Network and collaborate across multiple Kerry functions to create and execute a marketing strategy for Kerry’s Food EUM.
2. In conjunction with Commercial teams and RD&A, design and execute a strong and relevant product portfolios and collections to improve hit rate and strengthen our pipeline.
3. Work in close collaboration with the commercial and finance team to build strong marketing approach to drive growth with our existing customers and build solid partnerships with new customers.
4. Develop strong unique value propositions and insight messaging; build and present solid and persuasive presentations to customers and other stakeholders.
5. Development of long-term insight led Innovation platforms and pipelines. Management of market specific innovation / renovation for portfolio from concept to launch.
6. Develop comprehensive market intelligence, competitor, customer and consumer insight to drive business growth, in conjunction with RD&A, facilitating step change.
7. Drive knowledge and expertise of prioritized channels to drive opportunity across Brazil and the South Cone.
8. Prepare reports/presentations and make recommendations to management regarding strategic initiatives, market issues, challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications and skills
1. Bachelors or Master’s degree in marketing, business, food science, or related field.
2. Experience in marketing preferably in the meat industry or CPG companies.
3. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act tactically.
4. Must be fluent in English and advanced Spanish.
5. Excellent communication (verbal and written).
