You’ll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You’ll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.In this role, you'll be a specialist in installing, maintaining and upgrading internal computer hardware and software systems used for designing and developing products. You will control user access and passwords, propose and implement systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system, and monitor usage and performance.For iSeries/as400, the job role involves a variety of responsibilities across different areas, including backup and recovery, capacity planning, disaster recovery, firmware maintenance, technical problem solving, MIMIX replication, hardware maintenance and support, hardware migration and upgrades, high availability, virtualization, patch management, system performance monitoring, software upgrades, security, network configuration, and system startup/shutdown.One of the benefits of Kyndryl is that we work with clients in a variety of industries, from banking to retail.
