The Role: Paid Media Manager [Remote + Flex Hours]
We’re seeking a Paid Media Manager who can orchestrate multi-channel ad strategies and lead a team of channel managers across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, X, and Reddit. This role is ideal for a performance-driven media buyer who thrives on scaling ad spend efficiently while keeping CAC in check.
What You'll Do
Own & Scale Performance Marketing:
* Manage large-scale ad budgets across multiple platforms with a strict focus on ROAS and CAC.
* Lead and mentor a team of channel-specific media buyers, ensuring campaign consistency and performance across all ad platforms.
* Optimize campaigns using a data-driven, test-and-learn approach, running A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and placements.
* Develop and execute a full-funnel paid media strategy, including prospecting, retargeting, and retention campaigns.
Leverage Data for Growth:
* Analyze performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and scale high-performing campaigns.
* Work closely with creative and analytics teams to turn insights into action—ensuring ad creatives align with performance goals.
* Manage attribution models and work within platforms like GA4, Triple Whale, or other tracking tools to gain deeper insights into customer behavior.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
* Partner with our Creative Strategist, copywriters, and designers to align ad creative with campaign objectives and ensure high-performing ad assets.
* Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and emerging trends to keep Residence Supply’s paid media strategy cutting-edge.
* Work closely with leadership to forecast ad spend, measure profitability, and align media plans with overall business goals.
What You Bring
* Experience: 5+ years of paid media experience, with at least 2+ years managing a team of media buyers across multiple platforms.
* Track Record: Proven success scaling paid media budgets profitably for a DTC brand, ideally in home goods, fashion, or consumer products.
* Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, and performance KPIs like ROAS, MER, CAC, and LTV.
* Strategic & Tactical: Able to think big picture while executing and optimizing at a granular level.
* Platform Mastery: Expertise in Meta, Google Ads (Search + Shopping), TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X, and Pinterest.
* Creative & Data-Driven: Comfortable working with creative teams to guide ad creative development while relying on data to make decisions.
Nice to Have
* Experience with GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Rockerbox for attribution modeling
* Knowledge of landing page optimization & CRO
* Basic creative editing skills (e.g., Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite)
