This role is ideal for a young creator (18+) who’s obsessed with gaming culture and social media, eager to gain experience with a Swiss tech startup, and able to work independently. The first month requires a full-time commitment (40 hours/week) to establish workflows, with flexibility to adjust to 20–40 hours/week thereafter based on performance and needs.Key ResponsibilitiesUse OpusClip to generate initial short video clips from longer YouTube videos featuring our partnered influencers.Edit and enhance clips in Canva (adding branding, text overlays, effects, adjusting pacing) to optimize for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.Adapt content to resonate with gamers, ensuring authenticity and alignment with current trends.Post finalized videos across our social media channels (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, etc.).Stay updated on short-form video trends and platform-specific best practices.Maintain brand consistency across all video content.(Optional) Create basic social media graphics in Canva.Manage an organized workflow for editing and posting schedules.QualificationsLanguage: Fluent English (written and spoken) required.Social Media Expertise: Familiarity with creating or editing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts. Knowledge of trending styles, pacing, and platform algorithms is essential.Tools: Comfortable using (or quick to learn) OpusClip and Canva. Experience with other editing software is a plus but not required.Design Sense: Basic eye for video editing and design principles.
