Together with the CoE, the LDC Groups created a Global Finance Team, called FPSO (for Finance Processes Systems and Organization), which is reporting directly to the Group CFO and for which the aim is to: Lead the Finance Transformation of the group Digitalize LDC Processes and organizations Help LDC to rotate to Finance best practices and best tools In 2018, the Group materialized its ambition by initiating a Global Finance Transformation and Digitalization of its Back Office operations (Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Procurement). It consists of a: Reshaping of accounting and controlling processes The implementation of SAP S/4 HANA suite including Business Intelligence, ARIBA As of 2025, implementations have been done in several regions, including countries such as Argentina, Switzerland, the US, and China. The program roadmap ends around 2028 and will be followed by other transformation projects on other systems. The FPSO team consists of an international team of experienced resources with strong expertise in their domain. They act as the keeper of the Group practices and solutions. They coordinate the different ongoing projects in the LDC world for their respective scope. Job Description The FPSO team is looking for an FPSO Local Commercial Flows Lead, who will be in charge of the Local Commercial E2E processes, including purchases and sales of commercial goods, inventory management, and transportation flows. The FPSO Local Commercial Flows Lead: Guarantees the LDC Group practices and processes related to commercial processes Supports countries in their execution but also guarantees efficiency in terms of tools, organization, and processes This applies in different kinds of activities: Live countries support and small enhancements: enhance user experience, provide continuous improvement, be the core model keeper and supervise the delivery of changes, keep documentation up to date Small projects, called “Ad-Hoc”: launch and drive initiatives to improve BOLD BOLD implementations in new countries: act as a referent for CORE processes and data related to his scope. Find the balance between local needs and Group requirements Innovation: support initiatives integrated with BOLD linked to innovation (analytics, automation, switch to paperless) The FPSO Local Commercial Flows Lead will work for BOLD implementation in new countries, concretely in Brazil rollout (BORA Project), in charge of a group of processes related to Commercial flows, as well as being responsible for scope and deadlines. This role requires close relationships with our Business partners, other FPSO streams (Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Controlling), and hand-in-hand collaboration with our DT&A departments. On top of his/her activities related to Global Finance Transformation, the FPSO Local Commercial Flows Lead will help the group to switch to other transformation initiatives (such as Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Blockchain) by providing his/her functional expertise. Qualifications 5-7 years of strong operational experience ideally. The candidate will have several or more of the below items: A Management Consulting experience from a Finance Consulting or Technology Consulting firm An active participation in Finance transformation projects either as an internal (ex: AMOA, Functional Business Lead, Process Owner, …) or as an external resource Experience in working in project mode and ability to perform in various roles from individual contributor to a leadership role Experience in Finance Transformation projects, especially focusing on Commercial flows areas Working experience in companies dedicated to agriculture or commodity business Experience in working in project mode Experience in international environments Experience in process design and implementation in an IT tool Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other business organizations; successful experience in working with diverse groups of people in a problem-solving environment Experience and expertise on SAP S/4 for its SD and FI modules Additional Information - Fundamental understanding of core accounting and finance processes is required. - Strong ability to gather & analyze information, define problems and form a plan of action. - Evident ability to analyze and challenge workflows, being analytical and synthetic. - Exceptional organizational ability with a very strong attention to detail. - Must be able to work independently and take ownership of this role. - Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other business organizations; successful experience in working with diverse groups of people in a problem-solving environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work under time pressure and result-oriented.
