Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
* Lead the end-to-end sales process for SAP solutions, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring revenue growth and market penetration in Mexico.
* Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within customer organizations. Act as a trusted advisor on SAP capabilities and business transformation strategies.
* Opportunity Development: Identify, qualify, and manage SAP sales opportunities. Work closely with pre-sales teams to create customized SAP solution proposals to each of our customers.
* Market Knowledge: Leverage deep knowledge of the Mexico market, including industry-specific trends, local business practices, and regulatory requirements, to effectively position DXC’s SAP offerings.
* Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including delivery, pre-sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless alignment and execution of sales strategies.
* Sales pipeline management: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report progress to management regularly. Use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Mandatory Skills Description:
* Experience: Minimum of 7 years in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in the SAP ecosystem.
* SAP experience: Strong knowledge of SAP products, including SAP S/4HANA, BTP, RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, SAP Cloud solutions, and industry-specific SAP modules;
* SAP-related services such as implementation (greenfield), migrations (brownfield, selective, etc.), return to standard (using BTP), and maintenance (AMS).
* Sales skills: Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals. Experience in solution-based selling is essential.
* Industry knowledge: Familiarity with key industries in the country, such as manufacturing, retail, financial services, or public sector.
* Languages: Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese and English is required
* Relationship with SAP: Strong relationship with key stakeholders in the SAP structure in the country.
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
* Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions and digital transformation projects.
* Familiarity with SAP licensing models and business structures.
* SAP-related services such as implementation (greenfield), migrations (brownfield, selective, etc.), return to standard (use of BTP) and maintenance (AMS).
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
* Knowledge of sales methodologies such as Challenger, BANT and STAR.
