**Job Description**:
- Atender os funcionários de Operações CHEP em relação as demandas de RH;
- Atuar de acordo com as políticas, práticas e procedimentos de RH relacionadas a treinamento e desenvolvimento;
- Oferecer suporte a HRBP e Payroll em demandas operacionais, administrativas, sindicais, afastamentos e homologações;
- Controle de Exames Médicos Ocupacionais;
- Atuar como preposto nas audiências dos funcionários alocados em Louveira;
- Identificar possíveis irregularidades na aplicação de diretrizes, políticas de RH, verificando os desvios e tomar as medidas adequadas para enderençar e resolver tais problemas.
- Aplicar a política do SHE (Safety, Health and Environment), da Qualidade e Zero Harm nas rotinas diárias.
- Apoiar auditorias Operacionais para temas de Recursos Humanos
