Behind the magic of our customer experience is our robust suite of internal tools.For example, how do we onboard and maintain hundreds of thousands of merchants and their menus? We have a tool for that. How do we keep our customers, Dashers, and merchants happy when things go wrong? We have a tool for that. How do we track hundreds of A/B tests happening simultaneously, and feed their results back to influence our product strategy? We have a tool for that.To continue the development of these critical tools, we're looking for an experienced design leader in São Paulo, Brazil to build our internal tools team there from the ground up. This is an opportunity to redefine the team's vision, culture, and process. You'll also get to solve big, meaningful design problems and make decisions that directly impact the success of thousands of internal employees and agents at DoorDash. This team sits under our Customer Experience & Integrity team here at DoorDash and this team will be a bridge for that team and our engineering teams in São Paulo so that we can collaborate more effectively and move faster together.You will report to our Head of Customer Experience and Integrity Design, in our Design Foundations team in our Product Design org.
