Role Overview:
The Paid Influencer Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with micro-influencers, UGC (User Generated Content) creators, and other content creators to produce high-quality content for Michael Todd Beauty. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for content quality, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with creators and influencers. The Paid Influencer Manager will use various platforms to source talent and manage the entire content creation process from outreach to contract signing and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
•Utilize platforms such as Backstage Casting, Aspire, JoinBrands, and others to identify and recruit UGC creators, influencers, and actors suitable for Michael Todd Beauty & Spa Sciences content needs.
•Focus on micro-influencers and creators to optimize costs while ensuring high-quality content production.
•Filter and select creators who demonstrate exceptional delivery and content creation skills within a reasonable budget.
Cold Outreach & Relationship Building:
•Conduct cold outreach to micro-influencers, content creators, dermatologists, aestheticians, and other relevant professionals on platforms like Youtube, Instagram and TikTok.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to foster long-term collaborations.
•Negotiate usage rights for content, aiming for extended periods to maximize ad and organic social use.
Contract Management & Negotiation:
•Lead negotiations with creators to secure favorable terms for content usage, whitelisting access, and other relevant agreements.
•Manage the contract signing process, ensuring all agreements align with company policies and content quality standards.
Content Management, Quality Control & Revisions:
•Oversee the creation and delivery of content, ensuring it meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
•Handle revisions and provide constructive feedback to creators to ensure the final product aligns with campaign objectives.
•Work closely with creators to establish and enforce guidelines that ensure consistent quality across all content.
Best Practices & Creator Coaching:
•Develop and document best practices for content creation that can be replicated across campaigns and creators.
•Coach creators on how to produce high-quality content that resonates with Michael Todd Beauty’s target audience.
•Establish a system for ongoing training and support to help creators continuously improve their content.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
•Establish and track KPIs related to the number of creators engaged, the volume of content produced, and the quality of content delivered.
•Provide regular reports to the Director of Growth, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
•Number of creators onboarded and engaged per month.
•Paid Advertising revenue tied to creators onboarded
•Volume of high-quality content pieces delivered monthly.
•Cost-effectiveness of content production.
•Duration and value of usage rights secured.
•Successful contract negotiations and whitelisting agreements.
•Adherence to established content quality guidelines and best practices.
