The organization is also committed to philanthropy and sustainability through its various initiatives and programs.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled professional to join our Market Data Infrastructure team, focused on managing and resolving infrastructure issues and ensuring optimal performance of real-time data services. Eligible locations in LATAM: Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia.Key Responsibilities:Resolving Data quality issues, this includes root cause analysis while managing internal and external vendors to resolve Data issues.Support On-call, incident management, problem and change managements.Ensuring optimal accuracy and timeliness of Data on a real-time basis while implementing monitoring tools to detect data issues.Work closely with regional and global Market Data Infrastructure teams to share knowledge and experience to enrich the team's capability and work together to provide a high level quality of services on Market Data.L2 Alert Management. Management of alerts that require knowledge for resolutions, creating and/or updating resolutions into knowledge base, run books, scripts and ITRS rules where possibleIncident Management. Managing of incident lifecycle from identification to resolution, ensuring mitigation of business impact in the production environment.Change Management.
