Position Proposal
Generating strategies for control and management of CHEP’s assets on customers under his responsibility, as well as the identify opportunities with existing customers, ensuring compliance with the budget allocated on account.
Main responsabilities
·Coordinateandcarryoutconstanttrainingfor EscustomersonCHEPqualitycriteriaand best usage practices.
·MakethesemiannualpresentationofBusiness Reviewwiththekey KPIsoftheoperation.
·RegistercomplaintsatCHEPSolutionsandfollowuponsolutionsforthem.
·Plan, carryout,reconcilethenationalinventoriesoftheassigned accountsandperform their reconciliation.
·Monitorsavingsprojectsrequestedby customers.
·Maintainhighandpermanent,thestrategicrelationshipwiththedecision-maker/ influencer of the key accounts.
·Monitortheperformanceindicatorsoftheassignedaccounts.
·Conductregularbusinessreviewmeetings(BusinessReview) presentingtheaccount management indicators.
·Ensurecustomer satisfactionandefficiencyofyoursupplychainwithregardtopalletand container pooling.
·Identify risks and business opportunities and synergies in collaborative projects with customersand/ortheirpartners(inbounds,collaborativetransport,exports,network expansion, logistics productivity).
·Schedulemonitorandpresentresultsof inventoriesofkeycustomers,aswellasensure reimbursement of losses on assets, if they occur.
·Performcontractualmanagement,ensuringcompliancewithallitsclauses, inorderto ensure the financial balance of the key accounts.
·Ensurethatannualcontractreadjustmentsarecarriedout,accordingtotheinflationindex.
·Ensurethepaymentflowontime,accordingtotheagreedpaymentplan.
