About the RoleWe are seeking a technology-expert and people-leader for the position of Global IS Architecture Manager.
This role involves ensuring Santos' architectural patterns and principles meet the needs of the global business.
Your expertise will be crucial in designing secure, reliable, and standardized services and solutions.
You will manage a small team of Solution Architects to ensure coordinated delivery of strategy and roadmaps, overseeing the standardisation of patterns, products, and services delivered by the IS Operations function.
Key AccountabilitiesDesign strategies, mitigate delivery risks, and manage exceptions while focusing on delivering value for Santos.Deliver technology roadmaps for the IS Operations portfolio.Manage and influence outcomes through third-party suppliers and vendors, translating this into clear proposals for Cloud platform and Infrastructure services delivery.Provide a clear view of the technology direction and strategy for IS Operational services such as Infrastructure, Cloud, EUC, Network, and Service Management.Work closely with the IS Operations team to obtain feedback for improving global services consumed as standard for Infrastructure and Cloud Services across regional locations.Make strategic, enterprise decisions and provide necessary documentation and controls for third parties to support the Santos Infrastructure, Network, and Information Systems operational service environment.Develop team members through regular coaching, goal setting, and feedback to ensure a consistent, strategic approach to supporting Santos via its technology platforms.About YouWe are looking for professionals with strong IT Infrastructure Architecture experience.
Ideally, you are an expert in the latest Cloud technologies (AWS and Azure), hold relevant degree qualifications and IT certifications, and have strong experience and knowledge of Infrastructure principles and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF).
Essential skills and experience include:
