Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and strategic leader to oversee CV’s operations in Brazil. Based in our São Paulo office, the Country Manager will implement CV’s strategies within the region, working with local teams to develop innovative approaches to evangelism. This position requires strong leadership, proficiency in Portuguese and English, and a commitment to fostering meaningful partnerships with churches and Christian communities.
Specific Responsibilities
* Effectively implement CV’s evangelism strategies, setting and achieving relevant goals based on key performance indicators.
* Strategically lead and manage teams across content creation, marketing, community development, and corporate services.
* Collaborate with global and regional functions to guide best practices for operational implementation.
* Oversee operational and capital budgets for in-country operations.
* Provide progress reports and updates to leadership.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with churches and ministry leaders.
* Ensure safeguarding and good governance practices across all initiatives.
* Negotiate contracts with service providers when necessary.
* Represent CV in official capacities as required.
* Apply all CV policies and procedures related to in-country operations.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
* Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated leadership and management experience.
* Proven leadership capabilities aligned with CV’s Leadership Competency Framework, emphasizing strategy development, team management, and influence multiplication.
* Strong teamwork and service delivery skills.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
* Experience working with international organizations is advantageous.
* High level of spiritual maturity and alignment with CV’s mission, vision, and statement of faith.
* Passionate about serving with humility, organization, and enthusiasm.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
