At Customer Innovation Services team, with a cloud mindset, embedded in architecture and technology, we will build cloud solutions that meet future needs. We are looking for a Project Manager to join the #1 Company to work for in Brazil!
What you will do:
1. Development Methodology Expertise:
Master the development methodology and act as its ambassador for the development teams. Ensure adherence to best practices and standardized procedures to enhance project outcomes.
2. Reporting and Compliance:
Track and report project status regularly to stakeholders. Update cost forecasts and handle invoicing. Maintain compliance with internal and external regulations. Manage project risks and dependencies. Manage project resourcing and financials.
3. Team Collaboration:
Spar with senior project managers to gain guidance. Keep the team on track with the Agile process and adapt it as necessary for the given project context. Lead the team towards continuous improvement.
4. Successful Project Delivery:
Coordinate projects with customers based in Americas and other regions. Ensure the project's successful delivery, meeting the scope, time, quality, and budgetary requirements.
5. Customer and Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the first point of contact for both the customer and management. Discuss project setup requirements with customers and align on milestones and next steps.
What you bring:
1. Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
2. Well experienced as a Project Manager on customer-facing projects.
3. Proven experience managing commercial projects in a services environment.
4. Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
5. Experience managing full life cycle projects from initial scoping through to delivery.
6. Customer interaction skills and ability to prioritize software requirements.
