Responsibilities: Customize Salesforce applications to align with business processes and objectives.
Manage data integrity and security within Salesforce.
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvements.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations and processes.
Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure proper access and security.
Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
Implement and manage Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder and Flow, to streamline business processes.
Requirements: Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce administration.
