Partner with the best To be responsible for ensuring project delivery, managing profit & loss, and maintaining customer satisfaction through oversight of project activities and resources. As a, you will be responsible for: Incorporates project management methodology into daily work practices and sets a positive example for team members. Develops, modifies, and enhances the Project Execution Plan, incorporating Risk Management, Communications, Sourcing, Schedule, Quality, Financial, and Performance Improvement Plans. Works closely with the cross-functional team and supports them in all project-related matters. Involved in discussions with other functions and teams to improve processes, procedures, and ways of working. Contributes to the financial plan (Revenue, Cost, Margin, Cash). Assists in ensuring "on-time" delivery, performance improvement, and incremental revenue increases through project strategies. Supports overall customer deliverables by assisting the project team with compliance adherence, financial KPIs, service delivery, and HSE performance. Presents project overviews, critical paths, action plans, outcomes, and customer feedback to senior leaders and cross-functional teams and ensures that they contribute to the overall strategy. Works with a diverse range of clients in the region and supports sales teams in developing future opportunity pipelines. Acts as a strong advocate for HSE issues, promotes a culture of Stop Work Authority and speaks up on the project. Participates in internal and external quality and financial audits and effectively addresses the identified gaps and improvement opportunities. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor's degree obtained from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management. Demonstrate soft skills, leadership, and strong interpersonal, influencing, and planning abilities. Proficiency in both Portuguese and English communication. Previous experience in MS Office, MS Project, and Power BI is highly preferred.
